Phenomenal Stay with Outstanding Service!
I enjoyed a relaxing five-night stay in a beautiful suite with a terrace. The customer service exceeded my expectations, especially with Joel at the front desk. Don’t miss the convenient Le Pain Quotidien just downstairs for delicious breakfast! Just be mindful of potential noise from nearby clubs.

I loved how close I was to the Angel of Independence, which was only a less than 5-minute walk away, making it so easy to explore this famous landmark. The nearby restaurants offered plenty of options for a quick bite after a day of walking.

Couples seeking an lovely experience
This is my third stay at this place and honestly, the view from my room was just amazing, especially at sunset. They gave me a bottle of red wine, complimentary, just for being a VIP. It added a special touch to our evenings.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but given the perks, I’d say it was still worth it.

The upscale decor in the Junior Suite oozes style, perfect for those seeking an impressive atmosphere. Enjoying the terrace while taking in the city views adds a unique touch to the experience.
Sound insulation leaves a lot to be desired. thin walls turn a peaceful night into a constant wake-up call from neighbors or hallway chatter. The bathroom amenities are lacking. forget about tissues—just toilet paper. Breakfast options felt limited and often missing key items, like fresh fruit or plates. Also, I've had issues with the room not resembling images online—no window in my suite contributed to a stuffy feeling.

The hotel has a fantastic location right in front of the Angel de la Independencia, which makes exploring the area super easy. I really enjoyed the welcoming and helpful staff during my stay. they added a nice personal touch. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a lovely view from the window. I appreciated having a safe in the room for my valuables. Wi-Fi worked well, which was great for keeping in touch. However, I found the breakfast quite disappointing. The selection was limited and the coffee was notably bad. The gym is just a small room with basic equipment, not ideal for a solid workout. One night, I had some noise from a nearby festival, which made it hard to sleep. The light switches were inconveniently far from the bed, making them awkward to use at night. Overall, the lovely location and friendly staff made for an enjoyable stay, despite a few areas that could use improvement.
